If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SignUp Media, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, 4001, South Africa.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service/Website.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to SignUp Media, accessible from https://signupmedia.co.za
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your order prior to us starting with your order without giving any reason for doing so. Please note that a service fee shall be charged for issuing a refund in such a case. Due to the nature of our service, work submitted with custom artwork cannot be cancelled once started.
Should you wish to cancel an order after making payment, please make every attempt to get in touch with us as soon as possible before we start manufacturing your order.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which you have cancelled your order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You shall be responsible for the fee/cost incurred by us such as banking charges.
Conditions for Returns
If you have a request for returning received goods. Please ensure the following before contacting us:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods are unused & not damaged in any way
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where custom printing was done on.
- The supply of Goods which were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale or goods which have been customized cannot be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. In some cases we may cover the cost of shipping. Please get in touch with us should you have any issues & we shall liase with you.
Should goods be found to have been damaged due to user negligence costs of transportation back to the purchaser is at the purchaser’s expense
The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify SignUp Media within 24 hours of receipt of the goods if any goods are damaged and items not received. Please do not open any goods without checking them to be correct first. Please contact us via email or phone call immediately. Should the purchaser fail to do this it shall be deemed as goods accepted.SignUp Media will refund or replace defective goods, however SignUp Media will not be liable for the refund on shipping expenses unless it is due to an error on our behalf.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
