This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms & Conditions. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy as well as our Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- Shipping quotes shall be provided at checkout and are based on weight & size of the products.
- Expected delivery timeframe is 1-3 days.
- We use The Courier Guy for shipping your orders. In some cases a different courier shall be used.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping however, if you reside outside of South Africa and would like to make a purchase, we might be able to assist you. In this case, please contact us via email and we will manually process your order and quote you for shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
The Following Restrictions Apply:
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box addresses
- Shipping method may change depending on your order weight
- Orders are only shipped Monday to Friday.
- Shipments to outlying area may take longer than expected time frame
- Although we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you on time, please note that delays beyond our control may occur due to the courier. In such cases, we will inform you of the delay.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order & give you a full refund if shipping is mis-quoted at checkout.
